Sue has an extensive background in training and instructional design, with over 30 years of business experience in the following areas: line/staff management, technical instructional design, course development and facilitation.  Her specialty subject areas include SAP software, RWD Infopak software, and IP and voice network product training for sales, customer service, technical support and soft skill development.  She has extensive organizational skills in the areas of leading, scheduling, short-range and long-range planning, project and process development, performance and goal setting. 

The National Society for Performance and Instruction (NSPI) honored Sue for the quality and innovation of her training materials at Mountain Bell where she taught Instructional Design and M&P development.  She was awarded the Circle of Excellence at Level (3) communications for her outstanding contributions in training and development.

As Vice President and Owner of Taylor, Kullhem & Associates, Inc., Sue successfully managed over 50 training projects ranging from job needs analysis through final training evaluations.

Walt is a dynamic presenter with over 30 years of teaching, training, coaching, leadership development, and seminar presentation experience.  After graduating from college, Walt spent 8 years in public education before beginning a career in Financial Services which spanned 24 years.  As a Financial Planner, Divisional Sales Manager, Regional Director of Investment Planning, and Investment Wholesaler, Walt has developed extensive recruiting, management, training, leadership, and sales skills.  At one time he was responsible for training investment and financial advisors and sales management team members in a 16 state sales area, and has been a frequent presenter/trainer in Regional and National Conferences.  Over the years, Walt has developed a unique, fast-paced yet humorous presentation style which allows for high levels of interaction and engagement with his audiences, whether they be professional/career team members, or client groups in meetings or public seminars.  We call it “edutainment”!!

Walt holds a Masters Degree in Education, as well as numerous securities licenses, insurance licenses, and the NASD Principal designation.  He is also a Certified Kolbe Consultant.
